He was predeceased by: his parent Tony Duboski. He is survived by: his spouse Virginia Sabatini; his parent Nellie Baranski Duboski; his children, Toinette Duboski of New York, N. Y. and Tony Duboski; and his grandchildren, Vanessa, Anthony Duboski, Lauren and Vincent Kuchinski.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
