She was predeceased by: her parents, William Zike and Helen Zike (Piorkowski); and her sister Dolores Sarf. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Carlacci; her sister Constance Smirne; her children, Dr. Nadine Carlacci-Davis, Inez Carlacci, Ralph Carlacci II and Maura Carlacci; and her grandchildren, Edward Mazaleski, Christine Engelhardt, Nico, Ralph III and Chanel Carlacci. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
