He was predeceased by: his father Albert Paolucci Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Ann Louise Paolucci; his children, Albert A. Paolucci III (Viktorija) of Montrose, Lutitia Paolucci of Scranton, Jennifer Paolucci (Sean) of South Carolina and Angelique Paolucci (Luis) of Scranton; his siblings, Lisa Paolucci McGuire (Paul) of Clarks Summit and Michael Paolucci (Kathy) of Clarks Summit; and his grandchildren, Jerry Jr., Kylie, Dominick, Jonah, Alexis, Seth, Aurelia, Alizabeth, Sean, Jr., Bernadetta and Albert IV. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
