John A. Redfoot Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John A. Redfoot of Clarks Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Redfoot and Marguerite Redfoot (Baer); his wife Alberta Peterson; his granddaughter Jodie Alexander; his son-in-law Ron Bates; and his siblings, Marion Robinson, Eleanor Criddle, Wanda Slater, Edith Thompson, Victor Redfoot, Carl Redfoot, Ronald Redfoot and Ralph Redfoot.
He is survived by: his children, Shelby Alexander (Terry) of Fredonia, Audrey Bates of Jamestown, Jerry Redfoot (Michele) of Sandy Lake and Karen Egger (Bill) of Clarks Mills; his grandchildren, Wade Alexander, Greg Alexander (Meghan), Glenn, Ashley Bates, Gretchen Engstrom (Dan), Emily Mosley (Micheal), Darren and Alaina Egger; his stepgrandchildren, Rita Stell and Ronald Bates; his siblings, Ethel Reagle and Frank "Butch" (Wilma); and his brother-in-law Elliot Thompson. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3223 Perry Hwy P. O. Box 195, Sheakleyville, PA 16151). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
