She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Callahan and Pauline Krestikas Callahan; and her husband Dr. John L. Earl III. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Earl Kolon MD (Thomas Kolon MD), Patricia Earl Gulkis (Neal Gulkis) and Jacqueline Earl Hurst (Stephen Hurst). She is also survived by cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Pauline's name may be made to the Dr. John L. Earl III Distinguished Service Award Fund C/O The University of Scranton, 800 Linden St., Scranton PA 18510.
