He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Sr. Koval and Rita Koval; and his brother Christopher Koval. He is survived by: his wife Florence Tityk Koval; his daughter Tara Koval (Thomas Sarnoski) of Clarks Summit; and his siblings, Mark Koval of Scranton, Paula Koval, Sharon Koval and Kate Koval. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandson, nieces and nephews.
