It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florence M. Koval of Clarks Green, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 20, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. Koval; her parents, Stella Tityk Malinski and Edward Tityk; and her siblings, Raymond Tityk and Barbara Muller.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Lisa) of Palmyra, PA, David of Clarks Green and Tara (Tom Sarnoski) of Clarks Summit. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandson.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Gregory (330 N Abington Rd, Clarks Green, PA 18411). A Mass was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Cathedral Cemetery (1708 Oram St, Scranton, PA 18504).
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Florence's name to Allied Hospice Center 511 Morgan Highway Scranton, PA 18508.
