He is survived by: his wife Anne Casey Roe; his sister Mary Lou Burke; and his children, Paula Roe-Prior (Jack Prior), Eugene Joseph Roe Jr. (Mary Cullen Roe), Janet Murray (Joe), Christopher Roe (Joanie Gardier Roe), Thomas Roe (Liz Kelley Roe) and Marie Hanlon (Michael). He is also survived by ses 24 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
