She was predeceased by: her husband George A. Hornbeck Jr.; her parents, Katherine Giles Curtis and Arthur Hambyn Curtis; her son George G. Hornbeck, III; her siblings, Hobart Curtis, Harriet Bartholomay, Juanita Gelder, Beatrice Bartholomay and Norvelle Kern; her nephew H. W. Bartholomay; her great-nephew H. W. Bartholomay Jr.; and her niece Harriette Bartholomay Sochan.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen E. Hornbeck (John Munch); her granddaughters, Lisa H. Prezelski and Francesca Conroy; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Brady, Cole Prezelski, Isabella and Nicolas Conroy; her nieces and nephews, Allyn Bartholomay, Norman Kern, Kathryn Bartholomay Forster, Barbara Gelder Kelley and Margaret Gelder Reese; and also Marie Speicher.
