With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John J. Barborek of Clark, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barborek and Catherine Homschek Barborek Sr.; and his daughter Crystal Barborek. He is survived by: his children, John Barborek (Dawn Trzesniowski) of Hughestown and Jennifer Barborek of Melrose, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Silas and Hunter Barborek; his siblings, James Barborek Jr. (Lisa) of Hedgesville and Lori Perrego of Pittston; and his fiancée Karina Singer of Clark Summit.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc. (204 Main St, Duryea, PA 18642).
