She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Justine Smith (Walton) and Lonon Floyd Smith; her daughter Michelyn Saxon; and her siblings, Maxine Raffle, Lonon Smith and Daniel Smith.

She is survived by: her husband John M. Saxon; her daughters, April Lazor (Gary) of Jupiter, FL and Brenda Tishov of Sharpsville, PA; her grandchildren, Christopher Joseph of Sharon, PA and Jessica Clark (Christopher) of Hubbard, OH; and her brothers, Carl Smith (Elsie) of Meadville, PA and Elmer. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
