He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Parshall and Richard Parshall; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his siblings, Helen O'Hare and Chuck; his wife Phyliss M. Hough; his children, Dana Scott (Butch), Tom Parshall (Amy) and Jim Parshall; his grandchildren, Jason Scott, Michael Parshall, Alyson Maurice (Ryan) and Tyler Parshall (Chelsey); his great grandchildren, Julia Maurice and Ellie Parshall; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Hough, Lucille Brest and Agnes Hough. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Dean's name to the Clark Trinity United Methodist Church, the Clark Volunteer Fire Department or Donor's Choice.
