He was predeceased by: his father Frederick A.; his siblings, Bob Wolbert, Dale Wolbert and Mary Lou Douglas; and his grandsons, William Corry and Dennis Felmlee Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen M. Felmlee (Dennis) of Madison, NC, Rebecca S. Blake (Terry) of Strattanville, PA, William J. Wolbert Jr. (Shelbi) of Clarion, PA. and Matthew D. Wolbert (Thao) of Clarion, PA.; his grandchildren, T. J., Ty Blake, Cara Hockenberry, Carter, Curtis Shipley and Mandy Felmlee Defranco; his great grandchildren, Aubrianna, Mya Corry, Avari, Vincent Hockenberry and Everett Craig; his siblings, Barbara Fiscus (Jim) of Limestone, PA, Kitty Obenrader (John) of Oil City, PA, Don Wolbert (Pat) of Cranberry, PA, Thomas Wolbert Sr. (Dee) of Lucinda and Greg Wolbert Sr. of Rimersburg; his friend Sandra Gabler of Shippenville; and his pet Scooby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
