He is survived by: his mother Ethel Port Culbertson; his sons, Carter and Cameron; the mother of his children Angie Clinger; his sisters, Jane Culbertson and Mary Altman; his brother-in-law Robert Skarada of Clarion; his niece Carrie Allio (Mark); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Asher, Gage, Hank, Ty of Slippery Rock, Megan Tompkins (Will), Rowan and Cora of Alaska; and his nephew Kent Contreras of Pittsburgh.
