Rankin of Clarion, Pennsylvania, born in Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dale and Stella Mae Wensel Rankin; his son Thomas Dean Rankin II; and his siblings, Dorethea, Zelda, Shirley, Delores, Donna, Richard, Jack and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Rankin of Summerville and Tammy Smith (Brad) of Clarion; his grandchildren, Lauren Smith Ehrhart (Tom) of Limestone and Tommy Smith of Clarion; the mother of his children Carol Rosenquest of Summerville; his sister Judy Dean (Jerry) of Rimersburg; his sister-in-law Connie Rankin of Rimersburg; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
