She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Choffel and Gladys Schweitzer Choffel. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Shelby Reeves (Doug Hartley) of Ohio and Shawna Henry (Barry) of Clarion; her grandchildren, Rikki, Cory, Ryan, Kirby, Sarah and Kevin; and her siblings, Betty Dale of Conneautville and John Choffel (Donna). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
