She was predeceased by: her stepmother Luella Harnish; and her brothers, Harold, Warren, Sylvester, Edward, James and Earl Harnish.
She is survived by: her parents, Sam Harnish and Anna Mae Harnish (Alexander); her spouse Frank Augustine; her children, Jean A. McKinney-Huwar (Bryan) of Shippenville, Susan K. Augustine (James Schierberl) of Laramie, Wyoming, Frank M. Augustine (Rona) of Harrisburg and James S. Augustine (Holly) of Waynesburg; her grandchildren, Jonathan McKinney (Laurie), Bryan D. Huwar (Liz), Lucas Huwar (Lee Homes), Brendan Huwar (Kate), Kaylee Porter (Tyler Hopkins), Sarah Michelle Porter (Colin Moon), Anthony Augustine (Emily), Kassidy Yeager (Brandon), Taylor Augustine, Niki Augustine, Sam Augustine (Sarah) and Luca Augustine; and her great grandchildren, Bryson, Wade, Hank, Ada, Liam, Lila Huwar, Theo McKinney and Oaklee Augustine.
