It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth R. Hockman (Clarion, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth R. Hockman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearle Florence (Lewis) and Arthur Elliot Williams; her spouse Buss Hockman; her siblings, Dorothy Williams Cyphert Foster, Kathleen Williams Bingman and Arthur Reynolds Williams; her daughters, Karen Sue and Shirley Lynne Hockman; and her son-in-law Alex Dawber.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Dawber of Clarion, Debbie Oglesby (Klaus) of Canyon Lake, TX and Rob Hockman (Pam) of Clarion; her grandchildren, Aaron Oglesby of Texas, Heidi Leedy (Brett) of Texas, Gretchen Miller (Brian) of Texas, Dr. Mistie Haag (Kurt), Janet Hockman and Kyle Dawber (Maggie); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Luke, Gunner, Ryan, Riley, Lili, Rogan and Raelynn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Goble Funeral Home & Crematory (330 Wood St, Clarion, PA 16214). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
