He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell L. Miller, Sr. and Hazel F. Neely Miller; and his siblings, Vernon Miller and Cheryl Miller. He is survived by: his wife Stella of Montana; his children, Eric Bish (Marjie) of New Hampshire, Heather McHenry of Clarion, Ian Miller and Shannon Miller Kahle; and his siblings, Faye Chandler (Jerry) of Alabama, Doris Moore (Darrell) of Clarion, Robert Miller (Sharon Aufenault) of Rhode Island, Randy Miller (Debbie) of Tennessee and Leanna Day. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In order to comply with the current Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines set by the Pennsylvania governor, social distancing and wearing a face mask is required in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
