He was predeceased by: his parents, C. R. Bartley and Mary Bartley (Evanek); and his brother George. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Marion of Clarion and Chuck (Andrea) of Clarion; his grandchildren, Olivia, Michael, Philip and Anthony; and his siblings, Barb Bartley of Huey and Joe (Marilyn) of Sligo.
