Wenner of Clarion; his granddaughter Zia Wenner; and his siblings, Terry Wenner (Jan) of Oil City and Sherry Kulling (Gary) of Seneca.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hile-Best Funeral Home (2781 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
