He is survived by: his daughter Hazel Williams of Clarion; his grandchildren, Rachel Blair of League City, TX, Lucien of League City, TX, Cassius of League City, TX and Julius Blair of League City, TX; and his siblings, Debra S., Elmer G. Williams and Barbara Welsh.
