We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2021, at the age of 83, Richard K. Douglas of Clarion, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Douglas Bozeman and Heatherann Bozeman; and his granddaughter Katie Rose.
