He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Rouze and Betsy Hetrick; his grandchildren, Luke Rouze and Talis Hetrick; his siblings, Barb Anthony (Ted), Terry Hetrick (Bonnie), Jack Hetrick and Jeri Klepfer (Joe); his sunshine Ashley; and his pets, Birdie and Chance. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
