He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bills and Helen Warfle Bills. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Whiteman; his children, Steven Bills and Tracy Bills; his granddaughter Stephanie Bills; and his siblings, Don, Howard, Robert Bills and Theresa Lutz.
Due to COVID-19 restriction there will be no services held for Mr. Bills.
