We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2024, at the age of 65, Patti Lee Hook of Clarion, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Kathryn Potter (Kunselman); her uncle Jim Kunselman; and her cousin Jimmy Kunselman. She is survived by: her father Glenn Potter Jr. of Sligo, PA; her children, Shawna Feliciano (Montag) and Matthew Montag; her children-in-law, Daniel Feliciano and Amy Montag; her granddaughter Maisie Montag; her husband Tom Hook of Grand Rapids, MI; her sisters, Carol Hawk of Sligo, PA and Sandy Potter of Rimersburg, PA; and her aunt Rose Magness (Guy) of New Bethlehem, PA. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Goble Funeral Home & Crematory (330 Wood St, Clarion, PA 16214). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Patti Lee Potter Hook, 65, of Clarion PA was received into the arms of her Heavenly Father, surrounded by family, on Dec 5 2024, following a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease.
