He was predeceased by: his parents, Quay Lerch and Hazel Lerch (Harford) of Monroe Township. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda John Abernethy of East Brady; his former wife Lucinda Davis of Tulsa; his children, Scott (Susan) of Oklahoma City, Matthew (Tammy) of Shippenville, Tiffany (Patrick) of Washington, D. C. and Brandon (Meghan) of Woodbury; his cousin Evonna Brim (Harford) of Portland, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Evan, Eric Lerch of Oklahoma, Nathaniel, Evelyn, Isaac Lerch of Shippenville, Cooper Lewis of Washington, D. C., Avery, Adelyn and Lauren Lerch of Minnesota; his friend Billy Kucic; and also Gretchen Erickson.
Memorials may be made payable to the Clarion Rotary, for the Orville Lerch Clarion County 4H scholarship, named in honor of his beloved parents and for the benefit of rural children of Clarion County.
