He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Kusenko and Minnie Martin Kusenko. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Kusenko; his children, Michael Kusenko (Valerie) of New Kensington, PA and Jennifer Keth (Timothy) of Brookville, PA; his granddaughters, Hannah Kusenko and Abigail Keth; and his sisters, Marilyn Kusenko-Fairgrieve of Pittsburgh and Donna Molnar (John) of Springdale, PA. He is also survived by 3 nieces and nephews.
