She was predeceased by: her father Vergil Shreffler; her husband Jack Leavy; her siblings, P. Michael, Dennis, Clifford, Larry Shreffler and SueAnn Penix; and her grandson David James Leavy.
She is survived by: her children, Tracey Whitehill (Tim) of State College and James "Chip" Leavy (Crystale) of Springfield, TN; her grandsons, Mason Whitehill, Nathaniel Whitehill-Nigl (Tom), Joseph Levy (Darcy) and Thomas Leavy (Valerie); and her siblings, Dottie Campbell of Emlenton, Connie Reefer of Kittanning, Bill Shreffler of Emlenton, Keith Shreffler of Jeffersonville, OH and Jeff Shreffler of Cranberry.
