She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence M. Clark and Laura Clark (Buisset); her husband D. Ray Fetzer; her children, Donald R. Fetzer Jr. of Brockway, Christopher Fetzer (Debbie) of Noblesville, IN, Jodi Waugaman (Dale) of Kittanning and Gregory Fetzer (Missy) of Clarion; her grandchildren, Shannon (Zachary), Anthony, William (Mimi), Katherine, Michelle Banner (Zach), Sasha Fetzer, Amber Waugaman and Angele Stoebener (Shawn); and her great grandchildren, Caedyn, Remington, Ian, Allie and Malaila.
Martha requested that memorial donations may be made to the Sligo Volunteer Fire Company, the Tri-County Animal Rescue or Caring Voice Coalition.
