She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald F. Mays and Ruth A. Mays (Bell); her son Matthew L. LaForme; her sister Nancy C. Parks; and her niece Amy C. Parks.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn F. LaForme; her daughter Courtney N. LaForme of Naples, FL; her siblings, Evelyn P. Black (Pat) and Dana F. Mays of Knox, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Jarrett (Sid) of Montgomery, PA and Sandra Tofts of Troy, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
