He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughters, Bailey Donaldson (Tyler) and Laken Noël Lewis; and his brothers, Mark Lewis (Linda), Tim Lewis (Cheri), Robert "Steve" Lewis, Dan Lewis (Keri), Ben Lewis (Charity), Jason Lewis (Amanda) and Nate Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
