He is survived by: his children, Belinda Best of Bradford, Sonya Biehl (Howard) of Strattanville, Allen Best of Clarion and Jerry Best (April) of Sligo; his sisters, Kathy Klingensmith of Clarion and Shirley Armagost of Boyers; his grandchildren, Selene Marstellar, Richelle Wolfe, Colten Best, Leanna Wolfe, Kira Biehl and Chris Biehl; his nieces and nephews, Melissa Altworth, Jennifer Rumbarger, Randy Armagost and Danny Woods; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey Woods, Breona Rumbarger, Hope Cramer, Kaylee, Dylan Ray Woods, Dominick Cramer, Brandon Armagost, Tyler Armagost, Andrew Armagost and Kyle Armagost.
