She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Milletary and Emogene M. Milletary (Carnegie); and her brothers, Carl and Richard Milletary. She is survived by: her close friend Jane; her sister Donna Bove (Dave) of Clinton; her children, Tina Lowrie (Max) of Corsica and Charles "Chuck" Bowland of Burgettstown; her nephew Daniel Noyes (Betty) of Clinton; her niece Lisa White (Noyes) of Clinton; and her granddaughters, Karli Bowland, Isabel Stoeckle, Melanie Lowrie and Madeline Lowrie.
