He was predeceased by: his son Richard Marshall (Elizabeth Conley Marshall); and his brother Robert Marshall. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Marshall (Jane) of Havertown, John Marshall (Autumn) of Shippenville, Joe Marshall (Stephenie) of Clarion and Jay Marshall (Jacqueline) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Ellie Marshall, Colin Marshall, Ethan Marshall, Gavin Marshall, Teagann Marshall, Grayson Marshall and Madelynn Marshall.
