Weckerly Shay; his spouse Catherine Runyan; his children, Carol Ann Shay Dziomba and David Lee Shay; and his sisters, Eva Shay, Patricia Peavy, Juanita Abru of North Carolina, Annabelle Paris of Gettysburg and Frances Cochran of Florida.
