She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Agnew and Margaret Smith Agnew; her sister Judy; the father of her children Amos Smail; and her husband Timothy Green.
She is survived by: her daughters, Misty L. Smail of Clarion and Amy L. Boyd (Joe) of Corsica; her grandson Ryver Boyd of Corsica; her stepdaughter Renee Drake of New York; her sisters, Kerry Montgomery (Dan) of North Carolina, Sarah Ann and Aliquippa; and her nephew Jamie Whetling of Nevada. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
