He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Archie, Sr., Arvetta Smith, Fred McKinney and Edna McKinney. He is survived by: his parents, Darrell D. of Clarion and Janet C. McKinney Smith of Clarion; his siblings, Mike Smith of Strattanville and Sherri Lawrence of Clarion; his niece Megan Steele; his daughter Grace Kurtz of South Carolina; his nephew Kaleb Smith of New York; and also, Kim Rankin Smith of Strattanville, John Lawrence of Clarion and Adrianne Kurtz (Isaac). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Greg's name to the Cancer Center at the Clarion Hospital, 1 Hospital Drive, Clarion, PA 16214.
