He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Oakley and Eula Oakley (McMahan); his wife Gloria Alice Klouse; and his brother Gale Oakley. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Oakley Thum (Tuck) of Green, OH, Martin Oakley (Verla) of Tyrone, PA and Wesley Oakley (Carrie) of Bethel Park, PA; his grandsons, David Thum, Ben Oakley and Joshua Thum; his sister Vada Marie Holter of Dover, NH; and his friend Elaine Armagost. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
