He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rapp and Josephine Rapp (Hartle). He is survived by: his wife Shirley of Mayport; his children, Kenny Rapp (Sue) of Busti, Terry Rapp (Deb) of Mayport, Gene Rapp, Jr. (Emily) of Mayport, Robert Rapp of Ridgway and Shelly Brown (Jerry) of Strattanville; and his sister Rose Marie Germita of Mt. Washington. He is also survived by 14 children, he was also preceded in death by 12 of his siblings.
