She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kaufman and Ruth Hiwiller Kaufman; her husband Mark Lutz; and her siblings, John "Bud" Kaufman and Jane McClune.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Perry (Tom) of Corsica and Connie Slagle (Tim) of Limestone; her grandchildren, Jason Glenn (Misty) of Nixa, MO, Tim Slagle (Eberley) of Canonsburg and Heather Kratsas (Nick) of Peters Township; her great grandchildren, Ainsley, Anyston Glenn of Nixa, MO, Sophie and Stella Kratsas of Peters Township; her sisters, Carolyn McClune of Clarion and Donna "Tink" Zillifro of Slippery Rock; and her sister-in-law Lucy Kaufman of Macedonia, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In leu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Clarion-Forest VNA Hospice Care, 271 Perkins Road, Clarion, PA 16214, whom the family are forever grateful for their exceptional service and care.
