He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatti H. Shpakoff and Gertrude Gregor Shpakoff; and his siblings, Anita Evans and Gregory Shpakoff. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Pearl McGuire; his stepchildren, Kevin Allen (Shari) of Butler, Noreen Shirey (Bill) of Clarion, Marjie Bish (Eric) of New Hampshire and Mary Jo McFeely (Lance) of North East; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Makajil (Rommel), Jacob Allen (Malala), Spencer Shirey, Michaela, Carter, Sydney Bish, Madison and Riley McFeely; his great grandchildren, William and Millan Allen; and his siblings, Martha Dorbritz (Robert) of New Kensington and Malcolm Shpakoff (Jean) of Clarion. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
