He is survived by: his wife Janice Lavely (Graham); his stepchildren, Dawn Martin (Lavely), David, Jim and Jay; his stepgrandchildren, Ian, Jake, Jackson, Jillian, Jenna and Ava; and his brother John (Nora). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
