Leas (Clarion, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Elizabeth Fisher (Leaf) and Robert William; and his brother Leon Fischer. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Ann Crow (Thomas) and Michael Kenneth Leas of Payson, AZ.; his sister Florence Fisher of Sellersville, PA; and his stepchildren, Andrew Womeldorf of Butler, PA, Leigh Carrasco (Orlando) of McLean, VA and William Kern (Star) of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
