She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Zakrzweski and Helen Dziarkowski Zakrzweski; her former husband Lewis V. Mascitelli; her husband Michael Waka, Sr.; her son Blais Mascitelli; and her sister Marcella Kaplonski.
She is survived by: her daughter Sally Sentner (David) of Clarion; her grandchildren, Jennifer Sentner of Venice, FL, Blais Mascitelli (Amity) and Amy Mascitelli of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Blaise Mascitelli of South Carolina and Lewis Mascitelli of North Carolina; and her great great grandchildren, Oaklee of South Carolina and Addison of South Carolina.
