He was predeceased by: his parents, Chales Jr. Bigley and Evelyn Bigley. He is survived by: his wife Kay Stoops; his daughters, Lori Hiles (Rich Hiles) and Lisa Evans (Eddie Evans); and his grandchildren, Karlin and Kaylee Hiles.
