He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Horner and Florence Horner (Robinson); his sisters, Phyllis Mae Horner and Jane Esther Horner Swansiger; and his wife Audrey Baldwin Horner.
He is survived by: his brother Richard Horner (Bonnie) of Titusville; his sisters-in-law, Lea Greenawalt Baldwin of Saegertown and Sallie Baldwin Bam of Greenwich, CT; and his nieces and nephews, Leslie Latour (Terry) of Clarion and Corene Horner Glotfelty of Clarion.
