He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. "Gene" McEntire and Evelyn C. Reynolds McEntire; his brother Gerald W. McEntire; and his niece Tracy M. Henry Lauer. He is survived by: his daughter Katie McEntire; his sister Connie McEntire Henry of Limestone; and his sister-in-law Rosemary McEntire of Mechanicsville. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild, 4 nieces; 3 nephews; and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
