She is survived by: her children, Denise A. Fish (Ken Morgan) of Bear, Thomas L. Wiant (Brittany Leshok) of Clarion and Heather J. Evans (Dave) of Burlington; her grandchildren, David, Michael, Caleb Evans, Braden Fish, Destiny Morgan, Mason and Madison; her great grandchild Enzo Randall; and her brother Bruce Polinak (Lucy) of Bradenton, Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
