She was predeceased by: her father Orville Gesin; her brother Robert Gesin (Ann Gesin); her son-in-law David Burks; her grandson Daniel Burks; and her sons, Joseph, Vincent and Bruce.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph W. Cherico; her children, Susan Coursey (Richard) of Erie, Michael Cherico (Tracy) of Miola, Eileen Burks of Harleysville, PA, J. Fred Cherico (Kim) of Shippenville, Paul Cherico (Vicki) of Albertville, AL, Rose Neiswonger (David) of Strattanville, Angelia Burns (Scott) of Clarion and Christine Vacanti (Paul) of Clarion; her grandchildren, Brian Coursey, Julie Botkin (Lester), Alexandra Seabol (Josh), Adriani Cherico, Megan Kramer (Aaron), Derrick Cherico (Parris), Damien Cherico (Maggie), Christie Riccobono (Frank), David Joseph Burks (Angela), Melissa Banes (Tom), Jonathan Burks, Nicholas Cherico, Ava Cherico, Luca Cherico, Blake Cherico (Kelsea), Jordan Cherico, Logan Cherico, Vincent Neiswonger (Kaity), Marissa McClain (Josh), Giorgio Neiswonger (Leah), Alexis Kurtas (Matt), Carina Burns and Conner Nichols; her great grandchildren, Lester, Samantha Botkin, Reese, Brynn, Vallen, Declann, Evynn Cherico, Victoria Burks, Frankie, Gavin, Nick Riccobono, Daniel, Everett, Hadley Burks, Joseph, Gianna, Melania, Anthony Banes, Walker Cherico, Capri, Mira, Leo Neiswonger, Isabella, Brock, Brody McClain and Amelia Neiswonger; her siblings, Rita Beary (Henry), Kathy Shattenberg (Tom), John Gesin and Marilyn Forbes (Alex); her siblings-in-law, Doris Cherico and Victor Cherico; and her friend Virginia Martin.
